Lead Generation Manager

Functieomschrijving
  • Ontwikkel de lead generatie strategie voor het werven van nieuwe abonnee, met uitvoering van de bijhorende plannen, inclusief scope, doelstellingen, KPI's, budgetten en resources 
  • Samenwerken met brand, product om een geïntegreerd plan uit te werken voor de groei van leads en abonnees
  • Voorspellen van jaarlijkse doelstelling en rapporteren op de 'gezondheid' van de lead funnel op regelmatige basis met een sterke nadruk op acties tot maximalisatie van de resultaten 
  • Manage and enforce the execution of email automation processes - including the creation of landing pages, tracking codes, content implementation, lead nurture decision tree process development, scoring, segmentation, and reporting
  • Management of an integrated campaign strategy that could be leveraged across titels assisting the tactical execution of those campaigns
  • Drive performance through a results-driven experimental approach, in existing channels and by experimenting with new channels 
  • Optimize the marketing and sales funnel using publishing industry best practices with a heavy emphasis on outcomes and constant improvement
  • Continuously evaluate the performance and cost of acquisition, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly
  • Develop and evolve a set of metrics that enable us to make quick decisions on campaign performance and channel effectiveness
  • Oversee the implementation of best practice lead generation processes and technology
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and translate insights into high impact activations
  • Lead creative and tactical test and learn initiatives in support of meeting objectives & key results
Je profiel
  • Strong experience with lead generation, business operations, business process management, digital marketing, & analytics (B2C experience required), in roles of increasing responsibility with demonstrated and impactful results in terms of metrics such as lead and opportunity creation, velocity/conversion rates through the demand waterfall, and closed business
  • Expert-level with marketing automation, CRM, email marketing, & marketing analytics
  • Excellent strategic thinking and ability to lead through influence. Highly analytical nature, with an ability to roll up sleeves and “go deep” as needed to improve performance and outcomes.
  • Big picture thinker with meticulous attention to detail; you will need to understand the overall business and marketing strategy, translate that into an acquisition strategy and guide the team through delivery
  • Broad and deep domain expertise across demand generation disciplines, including content marketing, digital marketing, marketing technology, data infrastructure, and analytics/reporting.
  • Experience utilizing different campaign tactics and channels and have opinions on the most effective methods for B2C demand generation
  • Proven experience scaling demand generation programs through technology, data and programs
  • Analytical data-driven mindset. 
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Deep experience leading matrixed teams as direct manager or project manager
